Titanic – The Crash.

The Titanic started the journey in Southampton on April 2 1912. The meaning was that the journey would end in New York, but it did not. On April 14, the captain sent two men out of the crew up to the viewing tower to keep track of icebergs, but because the two had forgotten their binoculars in Southampton, they were only watching out with their eyes. It was very cold and dark so they did not see the iceberg until it was too late and the boat's right side crashed into the iceberg.

The people on the ship saw and heard the collision but they didn’t think that it was something serious. But the captain and the whole crew knew that the ship had 1 hour left on sea before it sank.
